NASC conference staff has negotiated discounted room rates at Innisbrook Resort.

D eadline to reserve in the NASC Room Block is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, April 28, 2024. After that date, rooms are not guaranteed, and available rooms will be reserved at the resort’s published rate.

Resort fee: A $35 daily resort fee will be added to the individual guest folio. Resort fee includes use of fitness center, miniature golf, volleyball, basketball and six swimming pools, plus in-room wifi, in-room coffee, daily newspaper, scheduled beach shuttle, on-property shuttle, self-parking, local and toll-free phone calls, and 24-hour gated security.

Room Occupancy: Room rates above are based on single or double occupancy. Additional room occupants aged 18 years and older will be charged $20 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.

Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a guest reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. The deposit will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. Deposit is refundable if cancellation with cancellation confirmation number is obtained at least seven days prior to arrival date. Guests who do not cancel at least seven days prior to arrival date and fail to show up will forfeit their deposit. In addition, guests who show up late but fail to notify the hotel of their itinerary change and obtain written confirmation will forfeit their reservation and their deposit.

Ear ly Departure: Guests who check out prior to their reserved checkout date will incur an early departure fee of one night’s stay. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the resort at or before check-in of any changes to their itinerary.

Pet Policy: Innisbrook Resort is a pet-friendly property and welcomes you to bring one dog or cat weighing less than 35 pounds to stay with you in your room for an accommodation fee of $150. Dogs must always be leashed and are not allowed in public areas. Please call (866) 976-7994 to arrange for your pet to accompany you to the conference.

Smoking Policy: Innisbrook Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking in hotel guest rooms or on balconies is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
