Booking at Innisbrook Resort


The deadline to reserve available rooms within the NASC room block is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, April 28, 2024. After that date, available rooms may be reserved at the resort’s published rate.

 

NASC conference staff has negotiated the following discounted group hotel room rates at Innisbrook Resort:


  • Deluxe Guest Room (standard hotel room with 2 Queen beds)—$185 per night + tax and resort fee
  • Executive Suite (1 King or 2 Queen beds, kitchenette, dining & living area, patio or balcony)—$195 per night + tax and resort fee
  • One-Bedroom Suite (1 King bed, full kitchen, living & dining rooms, patio or balcony)—$200 per night + tax and resort fee
     

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional room occupants aged 18 years and older will be charged $20 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.


A $35 daily resort fee will be added to the individual guest folio and includes use of the fitness center, miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, six swimming pools, in-room Wi-Fi, in-room coffee, daily newspaper, scheduled beach shuttle, on-property shuttle, self-parking, local and toll-free phone calls, and 24-hour gated security.


Deposit, Cancellation, Early Check-Out

  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a guest reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. The deposit will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.
  • Deposit is refundable if cancellation with cancellation confirmation number is obtained at least seven days prior to arrival date.
  • Guests who check out prior to their reserved checkout date will incur an early departure fee of one night’s stay. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the resort before check-in of any changes to their itinerary.


Hotel Pet Policy

Innisbrook Resort is a pet-friendly property and welcomes you to bring one dog or cat weighing less than 35 pounds to stay with you in your room for an accommodation fee of $150. Dogs must always be leashed and are not allowed in public areas. Please call (866) 976-7994 to arrange for your pet to accompany you to the conference. Service dogs are always welcome at Innisbrook Resort and are not subject to the pet fee.

 

Resort Smoking Policy

Smoking in hotel guest rooms or on balconies/patios is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
