The NASC Annual Conference is not a traditional trade show. Instead of a large, crowded exhibit hall, we offer an intimate tabletop experience designed to make connecting easy and productive. Exhibitors receive a 6-foot table space positioned around the perimeter of the ballroom foyer, directly outside the general session room and at the center of attendee activity.

Our attendees appreciate this approachable setup because it allows them to explore every exhibit without navigating an overwhelming trade show floor. The relaxed environment encourages genuine conversations, gives attendees time to ask questions, and helps exhibitors build meaningful relationships rather than relying on brief booth visits.

Numerous networking breaks are built into the agenda, creating multiple opportunities for attendees to engage with exhibitors throughout the conference. This repeated exposure helps attendees become familiar with your company, return for follow-up conversations, and gain a better understanding of how your products and services can support their business.

Exhibiting Details

• Must be an NASC Preferred Supplier member in good standing to exhibit

• We will offer 75 exhibit tables on a first come, first served basis beginning October 1

• Cost to exhibit is $1,275 and includes:
• Two exhibitor badges
• 6-foot draped exhibit table with two chairs
• Access to all sessions, meals, and social events
• Free materials receiving & storage for up to one pallet
• Pre- and post-conference promotion of your participation
